Dr. Jeffrey returns from successful Mercy Outreach Surgical Team trip to Xalapa, Mexico
All three doctors at Umansky Medical Center for Plastic Surgery have performed many charity surgeries for underprivileged patients over the last 40 years. Dr. Jeffrey just returned from Mexico where he performed several cleft lip, cleft palate, and burn reconstruction surgeries over the last week.
