26 year old female who desired to correct droopiness of her breasts after having a child. She had marked asymmetry, with the left breast larger and drooping more than the right. Breast augmentation with mastopexy was performed, inframammary incisions, submuscular saline implants. Right 425cc filled to 475cc, left 375cc filled to 425cc.
