29 year old female with four children who complained of droopiness of the breasts. She had asymmetry with the right breast fuller and drooping more than the left. Breast augmentation with mastopexy was performed, inframammary incisions, with submuscular saline implants. Left 475cc filled to 550cc Right 475cc filled to 525cc.
